When an operator is online, visitors chat live; when everyone is offline, they leave a request that lands straight in your Chats inbox. Color, greeting, working hours, and form fields — all configured in the Integrations menu, no developer needed.
What the module does
Online and offline in one
Operator available — live chat; nobody there — a request form with contacts. No visitor writes into the void.
Request form when you're offline
Name + email or phone + message, your choice. The request becomes a conversation in Chats, tagged "Lead".
Working hours
Show the widget as online only when you actually work — by operator presence and a schedule in your timezone.
One-line install
Copy the widget code from the Integrations menu and paste it on your site. No plugins, no developer.
On-brand customization
Color, header title, greeting, response time — matched to your style, straight from the CRM.
Files, emoji, statuses
Photos and documents up to 100 MB, a "typing…" indicator, read receipts — like the big messengers.
