The price is per company. Their website shows no prices in hryvnia. In ModalCRM the Communication plan is 900 ₴ a month per company for up to three, each extra user +200 ₴.
Can a Ukrainian company sign a contract with Bitrix24?
Per the terms on bitrix24.com/terms (as of 25.10.2026), different companies sign the contract depending on the client’s country; Ukraine is explicitly excluded from the country list of Alaio Inc., and the other companies’ lists do not include it. So their website names no company that contracts with clients from Ukraine. ModalCRM is provided by sole proprietor Viktoriia Lazukina, Ukraine.
Is the interface available in Ukrainian?
In ModalCRM — yes: interface, website, help center and support in Ukrainian. Ukrainian is not among the Bitrix24 website languages and regions; their website does not state the interface language directly.
How do I move my data from Bitrix24?
Export contacts and deals to an Excel or CSV file and upload them to ModalCRM — columns are matched during import. We connect the messengers together with you on a call.
