Chat and support like HelpCrunch — without paying for every agent
A website widget, messengers, tickets and calls in one window. You pay in hryvnia for the whole team, not $12 to $25 for every agent each month.
≈ 1 622 ₴ at the NBU rate
What every new agent costs
With HelpCrunch the bill grows with every person on support: Basic is $12 per agent billed annually and $15 monthly, Pro is $20 and $25. With us the first three are already in the price, each next one is 200 ₴. Move the slider and see your own difference.
HelpCrunch — Basic plan, $12 per agent a month billed annually, $15 monthly (helpcrunch.com/pricing.html, 25.10.2026). ModalCRM — monthly billing. NBU rate — 45.05 ₴/$ on 23.10.2026.
Website and all messengers — in one feed
A visitor writes in the widget, a regular customer — in Viber, someone else — in Instagram. The agent sees everything in one window together with the customer history instead of switching between five tabs.
A customer writes — you reply from your phone
You do not have to sit at the computer not to miss a buyer. The ModalCRM app shows the same chats as the web version — website, Viber, Telegram, Instagram — and pings you as soon as someone writes.
ModalCRM and HelpCrunch — only facts from their website

How do I move from HelpCrunch?
Delete the HelpCrunch code from your site, paste our widget — one line — and connect Telegram, Viber and Instagram in settings. Contacts import from a file. If anything is unclear, write in the site chat and we will set it up together.
How fair is this comparison?
We used only what is written on helpcrunch.com as of 25.10.2026 and did not judge the quality of their product. Where HelpCrunch is ahead — AI agents, popups, an iPhone app — it says so. If something is out of date, write to info@modalcrm.com.
