In SalesDrive the price depends on the number of people, and you can only pay per quarter or per year: 1–2 users — 791 ₴ a month billed annually or 991 ₴ quarterly, 3 to 9 users — 361 ₴ or 452 ₴ each. So three people cost from 1,083 ₴ a month. With us the Trade plan is 900 ₴ a month for a team of up to three, each extra person +200 ₴, billed monthly.

There is no monthly billing — only per quarter or per year. In ModalCRM the Trade plan is 900 ₴ a month for a team of up to three, each extra user +200 ₴, billed monthly.

Is there a free plan?

In ModalCRM — yes: site chat and messengers for one user, 600 replies a month, forever. The full plan can be tried for 14 days without a card. SalesDrive offers a 14-day test; their website shows no free plan.

Are there tickets for customer support?

Yes, tickets are part of every paid ModalCRM plan: you create a ticket with a button right in the conversation, and it has a status, an assignee and a change history. We did not find tickets on the SalesDrive website.

How do I move my data from SalesDrive?

Export clients and products to an Excel or CSV file and upload them to ModalCRM — columns are matched during import. We connect the messengers together with you on a call.

How fair is this comparison?
