Can I change my plan while using it?

Yes, anytime in settings. Upgrading — you pay the pro-rata difference (proportional to the days left in the period). Downgrading — the balance for the unused period is credited to the next month.

Can I drop an individual module?

Yes, anytime. Your data is kept for 90 days — you can re-enable the module without losing history. If you don't return, the data is permanently deleted after 90 days.

What are "free integrations"?

Connect a module and all its integrations work at no extra cost. For example, the "Chats" module turns on Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook — all at once. You don't pay per channel. The "Orders" module — Rozetka, Prom, Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest — with no extra fees.

Are there limits on orders, calls or leads?

No. Zero limits. You can process even 100,000 orders a month — the price stays the same. You pay only for modules and users, not for volume. That's the main difference from most CRMs on the market.

How are users beyond the plan limit added?

Each user beyond the plan limit costs:
