A website chat that remembers your customer
Visitors write in the widget, customers on Telegram, Viber and Instagram — you answer from one place. Every conversation lands on the customer card: history, what they were after, which ad brought them. The bot greets and collects requests while you are offline, and calls run straight from the browser.
Still on JivoSite or Verbox?
Jivo has been 100% owned by Sberbank since August 2021; Verbox is run by Sofit, a Kaliningrad company. ModalChat is the Ukrainian alternative: the same mechanics, but in Ukrainian, billed in hryvnia, with support that actually answers.
A widget that looks like your brand
Name, greeting, color — set up in minutes, with a live preview showing exactly how the chat will look on your site.
When you are offline
At night and on weekends the widget turns into a form: the visitor leaves a contact and the request waits for you in the CRM.
Collapsed view
While the chat is closed, a greeting bubble sits in the corner of the site — visible, but never in the way.
One line of code
No plugins, no developers, no "three days of setup".

The bot answers while you're away
Build a scenario from blocks in ten minutes: greeting, FAQ answers, contact capture. Works in the widget and Telegram at once.
The chat ends — the customer stays
In a plain widget the conversation goes to an archive. Here it lands on the customer card — so next time you can see what you discussed a year ago.
Your whole CRM — right from Telegram
You're at a meeting and an interesting contact shows up. While competitors scribble in a notebook, you've already forwarded the contact to the bot: the lead is in the CRM, your manager got a task, the client got a quote. Speed is why they pick you.
Whatever the channel — it all flows into the CRM
Move your cursor and scatter the messages. They'll find their way anyway 🙂
Outgrowing chat? Switch on more
A request from a conversation becomes a deal in the pipeline, "I'll call back on Thursday" becomes a task. Orders, inventory, finance and bookings switch on when you need them.

Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing disappears. The account moves to the free plan: the site widget, every messenger, conversation history and contacts stay forever. You pay only if you choose a plan yourself.
Do I need a bank card?
No. Not for the free plan and not for the trial. No auto-charges: money is taken only when you deliberately pay for a chosen plan.
What if 600 messages a month is not enough?
Incoming messages are always accepted — the limit applies only to your replies. If requests pick up, the Communication plan removes the limit the same minute. The counter resets on the 1st.
We are moving from JivoSite — what about our data?
Contacts import in a few minutes — the “Move in one evening” button opens the importer right after sign-up. We will help with setup and connect the messengers together with you.
Inside is the full ModalCRM platform
Chat is the front door. Behind it: deals, orders, bookings, inventory, finance and HR. Each module switches on when you need it — nothing to migrate, your clients and conversations are already here.
