ModalCRM integration with Ukrposhta

Ukrposhta waybill from the order card, parcel history in one click

The Ukrposhta waybill is created from the order card: recipient, phone and amount are already filled in, and you save the sender once. The tracking number stays in the order, and if the customer wrote to you in a messenger, they get the number there. The integration is not charged separately — it is part of the Commerce and Everything included plans.

What the integration gives you

How to connect

  1. At dev.ukrposhta.ua get two Ukrposhta tokens, eCom and StatusTracking, and the counterparty UUID from your account.
  2. In the CRM open Settings → Integrations → the Ukrposhta card, paste PRODUCTION BEARER eCom and COUNTERPARTY UUID (the StatusTracking token is optional) and save.
  3. In the order choose Ukrposhta delivery and click “Save & Create TTN”. Fill in the sender once in the “+ Tracking No.” window and click “Save Sender”.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the Ukrposhta integration cost?

Nothing extra. Ukrposhta waybills work in the Orders module, which is part of the Commerce plan at 900 ₴ a month per company and of Everything included, and can be added to other plans for 900 ₴ a month. Shipping is paid to Ukrposhta at its rates.

Can a parcel go to an address instead of a branch?

Yes. If the order has a street and house number, the “Save & Create TTN” button creates a “Branch → Door” shipment.

Does the parcel status update by itself?

Once the waybill is created, the order becomes “Shipped” on its own. The CRM asks Ukrposhta for the parcel’s further movement when you open the tracking number; “Delivered” is set by hand for now.

Who can connect Ukrposhta?

An employee with the right to manage settings. No developer needed: two tokens and the counterparty UUID from Ukrposhta are enough.
