Jivo has been owned by Sberbank since 2021, jivochat.com has no Ukrainian version, and plans are priced in dollars per agent. Jivo’s Basic plan is $28 per agent a month billed annually: three agents are $84 every month, and every new teammate in the chat is another $28. ModalCRM’s Communication plan is 900 ₴ a month per company for up to three users, +200 ₴ for each additional one; yearly billing is 17% off. Invoiced in hryvnia, paid with a card from any Ukrainian bank.
