Orders, warehouse and chats like keyCRM — with a fixed price in hryvnia
Orders from your site, Rozetka and Prom, warehouse, shipping labels and every messenger in one window. The price depends on how many people you have, not on how many orders and messages.
Which is cheaper depends on your team
In keyCRM users are free and you pay for volume: $19 a month for the first 200 orders, 2,000 leads and 20,000 messages, then $9 for each such block; Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp numbers cost $15 to $25 per number, marketplaces another $19. With us the Trade plan is 900 ₴ a month for a team of up to three, each extra person +200 ₴. A big team with few orders pays less in keyCRM; a small team with many orders pays less with us.
Website and all messengers — in one feed
A visitor writes in the widget, a regular customer — in Viber, someone else — in Instagram. The agent sees everything in one window together with the customer history instead of switching between five tabs.
A customer writes — you reply from your phone
You do not have to sit at the computer not to miss a buyer. The ModalCRM app shows the same chats as the web version — website, Viber, Telegram, Instagram — and pings you as soon as someone writes.
ModalCRM and keyCRM — only facts from their website
We do not judge the quality of someone else’s product. Where keyCRM is stronger, we say so.

Frequently asked questions
How much does keyCRM cost?
Per ua.keycrm.app on 25.10.2026: a base fee of $19 a month that covers up to 200 orders, 2,000 leads and 20,000 messages; each further such block is $9. Users are free. Marketplaces ($19/mo) and messenger numbers are paid separately: Telegram $15, WhatsApp $20, Viber $25 per number. In ModalCRM the Trade plan is 900 ₴ a month for a team of up to three users, each extra user +200 ₴.
Which is cheaper — keyCRM or ModalCRM?
It depends on your team and volume. In keyCRM you do not pay for people, but you pay for orders, leads and messages above the base volume and for messenger numbers. With us it is the other way round: the price depends on the number of people. Compare both using last month’s numbers.
Are there tickets for customer support?
Yes, tickets are part of every paid plan: you create a ticket with a button right in the conversation, and it has a status, an assignee and a change history. The portal where a client sees the status of their requests is in the Everything included plan. keyCRM describes tickets on its website as pipelines and tasks.
How do I move my data from keyCRM?
Export clients and products to an Excel or CSV file and upload them to ModalCRM — columns are matched during import. We connect the messengers together with you on a call.
How fair is this comparison?
We used only what is written on ua.keycrm.app and help.keycrm.app as of 25.10.2026 and did not judge the quality of their product. Where keyCRM is ahead — unlimited users, the number of marketplaces, an iPhone app — it says so. If something is out of date, write to info@modalcrm.com.
