What the integration gives you

Sign in with your seller account The “Connect OLX” button opens the OLX sign-in — afterwards the card shows the connected account’s name

Messages arrive on their own The CRM checks for new messages every 45 seconds; a new conversation is labelled with the buyer’s OLX name

Reply in the same conversation The operator replies from Chats, and the buyer sees the reply in their OLX conversation

Unread in one place Messages the CRM has picked up are marked as read on OLX too, so new questions show up in the CRM

Like every other channel Reply templates, the assignee and closing a conversation work for OLX the same way as for Telegram or Instagram

Access renews itself The CRM renews OLX access on its own; if it was revoked, the integration card shows a “Reconnect” button

How to connect

In the CRM open Settings → Integrations → the OLX card and click “Connect OLX”.
In the OLX window sign in with your seller account and allow access — the card will show “Connected” and the account name.
Write to your own listing from another OLX account — the message should appear in Chats.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the OLX integration cost?

Nothing extra. OLX works even on the free plan: one operator, all messengers, 600 messages a month. Paid plans start at 900 ₴ a month per company.

Can I see photos the buyer sends?

OLX only shows attachments in its own account, so the CRM chat shows the file name in square brackets and the photo itself opens on OLX. Sending a file to the buyer from the CRM does not work either — they only get the file name.

What if OLX messages stopped arriving?

Open the OLX card in Integrations. If it says access was revoked, click “Reconnect” and sign in with your seller account again.

Do OLX orders come into the CRM?

No, only conversations with buyers come from OLX. An order from such a conversation is created in the CRM like a regular one.
