Stock for every warehouse — in the same system as your orders and customers. A new order reserves the goods, a confirmed one writes them off, a cancelled one returns them to stock. Managers see how much is on hand, how much is reserved and how much can still be sold.

What the module does

On hand, reserved, available For every product you see actual stock, the quantity reserved for orders and what is free to sell.

Automatic write-off from orders Orders from Rozetka, Prom and your website are matched to products by SKU and written off automatically.

Multiple warehouses Receipts, shipments, transfers between warehouses, write-offs and returns — each as its own document.

Suppliers and purchasing Purchase orders as PDF sent by e-mail. A goods receipt updates stock and the purchase price, and the debt to the supplier is visible right away.

Stocktaking and minimum stock A stocktaking document records surpluses and shortages. Every morning the CRM warns about products below the minimum.

Cost and reports Weighted average cost, inventory valuation, turnover and Excel export.

Frequently asked questions

How are goods written off?

A new order reserves the goods; they are written off once the order is confirmed and returned to stock if it is cancelled. Orders from Rozetka and Prom are matched to products by SKU.

Can I run several warehouses?

Yes. Stock is kept separately for each warehouse, and goods move between them with a transfer document. The reservation goes to the warehouse with the most free stock, and the system will not let you ship more than you have.

Can I order from suppliers?

Yes. A purchase order is generated as a PDF and sent by e-mail, and the goods receipt against it updates stock and the purchase price. The CRM also shows how much you owe each supplier.

How much does the Warehouse module cost?

Warehouse is part of the Trade plan at 900 UAH per month per company, together with orders and finance, and of the All-inclusive plan at 2,200 UAH. It can be added to any other plan for 900 UAH per month. The first 14 days are free.
