Yes. A booking widget goes on your site: the customer picks a service, a specialist and a free slot, and the appointment appears in the calendar right away.
How do appointment reminders work?
The customer gets a Viber or SMS reminder a set time before the visit, so the manager does not have to call everyone who booked.
Does it work for several specialists or locations?
Yes. Every specialist has their own schedule, there are multiple locations, and the overview shows who is busy and who has free slots.
How much does the Appointments module cost?
Appointments are their own Bookings plan at 900 UAH per month per company together with chats and calls: up to 3 users, then +200 UAH each. 14 days free.
